PCR Assay Development Service
For each new strain, a PCR assay development is required. This service includes:
- Primer synthesis
- Development of optimized protocols for up to 5 samples
- Delivery of a report and associated protocols
The final protocol and report will be validated by the client, and the defined workflow will be maintained for future analyses. Any subsequent changes to the protocol will be considered a new setup and will require a new "PCR Assay Set-Up" service.
Required Documents for Setup:
- Target gene sequence, sequence of all primers, or reference of the target gene
- Control samples (Wild-Type, Heterozygote, Homozygote)
