GenXMap's headquarters and wet lab are both based in Marseille, with an integrated team handling sample reception, processing and analysis. We're also in the process of establishing a presence in Paris, at the Paris-Saclay Cancer Cluster.
Founded in 2020 in Marseille, GenXMap operates part of its laboratories within IHU Méditerranée Infection, one of Europe's leading infectious disease research institutes: a base that keeps us close to a dense regional and European scientific ecosystem, from academic collaborators to translational research programs. Marseille Medical Genetics, the Aix-Marseille University and Inserm medical genetics centre, is a public partner a few doors down the same boulevard — which is what makes a conversation about a cohort a conversation rather than a cold approach.
