Whether you need a single study answered or a long-term research partner, GenXMap runs R&D at three levels: from internal programs to structured collaborations with academic and industry partners.

Data security and confidentiality

A mutual NDA is available before any project detail is shared — just ask when you write to us. Project engagements are then covered by that agreement, or by the confidentiality clauses of the service agreement.

  • Infrastructure and laboratories based in France; data processed in France and elsewhere in the European Union, in all cases under GDPR.
  • Enterprise-grade technical and organisational measures: access controlled per project, encryption in transit, confidentiality agreements.
  • Retention set by the study contract, not by us.
  • Where a vetted specialist partner performs a step, it is strictly to deliver that project, always under a confidentiality or data processing agreement.
